alright how should we start??
Violet Haymaker
A new school day, a new school. Moving was all Violet knew. Her roots, unlike a lot of her soon to be friend's parents, weren't tied to Riverdale whatsoever. The young girl moved around a lot due to her family's work. She used to hate moving away because it felt like as soon as she made friends and was starting to settle in, she'd have to pick up and move. Now she didn't mind as much. She realized that the limited time at each school in each state was a blessing in disguise. She could get involved with a bunch of things that she wouldn't have to live with or talk about a semester later. Before this school, she was a cheerleader. Before that, she hung out with thugs. And before that school, she embraced her geeky side and joined the video game club. Moving was an opportunity to try new things and become a more well-rounded person. However, she feared she had tried anything and everything there was. Unless Riverdale had something new to offer, she had no idea which version of herself she was going to be this time. Violet was pretty sure she would just be herself this time without exaggerating anything, but she decided that she would go with the flow and see what spoke to her.
The girl let out a soft sigh as she approached her school. Today she had walked rather than get a ride, as she hardly slept last night due to still moving in, which meant she woke up early too. Rather than wait at home doing nothing until it was time to leave, she decided to take her time walking to school and getting used to the area - due to the lack of nothing to do, she also straightened her hair today. Violet glanced down at her outfit today and smoothed over her white shirt and dark green jacket before looking back up to the school. There was no avoiding it now. She was here, she was presentable, and she hadn't left her bag at home. It was time to start the day.
Well, maybe not right this second, Violet realized with an internal groan. While she had taken her time to get here, there was still quite a bit of time - a little over ten minutes - before the warning bell for first period even came. With a sigh, she sat down at an empty table and sipped on her hot chocolate she had got on her way to school.
Jughead Jones
Jughead was pretty sure that after the school year he had just had, things wouldn't be the same. Maybe not perhaps in an all bad way, though, seeing as a murder just got solved and he made some new friends. He still preferred Archie over everyone else, but he didn't mind Val or Betty or the others.
Well, of course he didn't mind Betty, after all he was still dating her. He knew that deep down though, the relationship wouldn't last. Over the summer they had spent a lot of time together and as much as he found the pretty blonde endearing, he knew their time was coming. He just didn't like her the way he did back when he kissed her during the investigation. Was she too good for him? Definitely. Was he going to be an idiot for dumping her? Probably. But was it fair for him to date someone he no longer had feelings for? No, and not to Betty too. He wouldn't do it today, he decided. He would wait until he was for sure that he no longer liked her that way. He didn't want to do something bold like dump her then regret it later. Ever since he decided to welcome the Serpents as a part of his family, he and Betty had been fighting nonstop about everything. He was realizing that they were different, too different, and that they wouldn't last any longer as much as he wanted things to go back to the way they were before.
He walked up to the school and passed through the grass to get to the table that him and his friends normally sat at. However, instead of seeing anyone he recognized, he saw a dark skinned girl drinking what he assumed was some mainstream coffee blend. Jughead paused, unsure of what to do. He could either meet his friends by the door and hope that by the time they all went over to the table, she would be gone, or he could tell her to go away. He preferred not to do the second one because even he wasn't that rude, but he didn't know what to do.
//i was thinking maybe jughead's trying to decide whether to approach violet or not and archie and the others show up and they all sit next to violet introducing themselves to her and welcoming her??? and as for your oc maybe she passes them by just as jugheads about to ditch the group (maybe he got annoyed by betty or something) and they get talking?? idk im just tossing out ideas
Violet Haymaker
Violet was content to sit alone until it was time to leave for first period, but she saw a shadow suddenly appear over her phone that she had pulled out to text a friend from her old school. Paired with a tap on the shoulder, she locked her phone and turned to meet the eyes of a very attractive redheaded boy. She blinked, a little surprised to be greeted by a handsome boy so quickly and smiled at him.
"Yeah, I'm new," she replied. "nice to meet you Archie. I'm Violet.." Behind Archie a few girls and a boy wearing a beanie followed and Violet quickly realized she might've taken their spot. "Oh, should I move?" Violet asked, starting to stand up. "I can go sit somewhere else, I'm just sitting here because I don't know anyone-"
"No, it's okay! You can stay!" the blonde exclaimed behind the redhead, and stuck out a hand to introduce herself. "I'm Betty. This is my boyfriend Jughead-" she pointed to the one in the beanie, "and this is Veronica, Archie's girlfriend." Betty pointed to the raven-haired female. Violet gave them all friendly smiles.
"Nice to meet you guys." she replied, watching as the girls sat down at the table.
//you're good!
Jughead Jones
Jughead ignored Betty and Veronica giving each other odd looks when Archie went to talk to the girl. What neither girl saw, however, was the redhead's gaping at the newbie. Jughead bit his lip in amusement and tried to go back to acting nonchalant as Betty dragged him over to meet the new girl. He would remember to ask his buddy about it later.
Jughead stayed mostly quiet through the introductions, only giving a nod and a grunt when Betty said his name and tightened her arm around his to force some sort of reaction out of him to the girl - Violet was apparently her name - and watched as the girls sat down. "Well," he started, trying to find an excuse to leave, "you guys have fun. I'm going to go charge my laptop." Betty and Veronica both gave him an odd look, which Jughead quickly countered with a lie. "What? It died last night and I forgot to charge it." He hoped Archie wouldn't correct his lie. He would know the truth since Jughead and him were currently living together after his dad went to jail.
"A-alright, if you insist.." Betty patted his hand and Jughead turned and walked away towards the school. Except, in fact, because his computer hadn't died, he instead took a turn and went into the cafeteria, accidentally bumping into someone.
"Hey, watch-" the odd boy cut himself off once he realized this wasn't the face of a jock, and instead, the delicate features of a pretty girl. "Oh," he awkwardly realized, and gave a shy smile and an awkward chuckle. "I thought you were some jerk." He paused and looked at the girl, realizing he didn't recognize her, even as one of those strangers you see in the hallway but never talk to. "Are you new here?"
Alexis Pickett
If there was something Lexi wasn't expecting today, it was definitely not to be in the U.K. shopping for her new school at Hogwarts. As much as she hated moving from Ilvermorny, she knew that it was in her family's best interests to move to the U.K. to work alongside the Malfoys. She had heard they had a younger son around her age, but she had no interest in meeting him unless he proved useful to her. She heard he could be quite bratty, which she strongly disapproved of.
However, she didn't like bratty people almost more than she didn't like not having a clue where she was going. Somehow she bumped into a pretty blonde and befriended her. She was a little odd, but Lexi found that Luna Lovegood wasn't too bad and until she had some serious friends, she didn't mind being seen in public with the weirdo. Besides, she offered to show Lexi around Diagon Alley to help her get her bearings, so how could she refuse?
"So you guys don't have to turn in your wands at the end of the school term?" Lexi asked, amazed at what she was being told about the rules at her new school. The blonde smiled and nodded.
"We get to keep them with us over summer," she explained, glancing over at a bird that had suddenly flown in the air of the pet shop they were in. It landed, perched on a girl's shoulder, and Luna murmured some comment before giving a goodbye smile and walking over to the girl. Lexi frowned, wondering if Luna was friends with that girl, but she didn't mind the girl's sudden departure. Lexi had what she needed to get around long enough to do her shopping.
Since Lexi already had her wand criminal checked and fixed at the U.K's wand service shop (Ollivander's), she decided she needed to go buy some text books. After a bit of searching for it, she finally found Flourish and Blotts Bookseller. As she walked inside, she caught her reflection in the window.
Alexis was no stranger to having boys and girls alike hit on her or take a liking to her. Lexi knew she was beautiful, and she had no problem using it to her advantage. Today she dressed in a simple white dress that hugged her curves, black sunglasses and bold red lipstick. Feeling a little lazy to do her hair (after all, it was so long it would take forever to tame) she simply put it in a ponytail and called it a day. Besides, it was too hot to leave it down.
Lexi bit her pouty red lips as she walked inside the store, a ball of anxiety dropping into her stomach once she realized how the store was set up. Or rather, her lack of knowledge of how to navigate this store. Would every store be just as crazy as the last? These weren't set up like American shops and it was making her nervous. Lexi had far too much pride to ask for help though, so she took a deep breath and began to walk around the store, trying to find the books on her list.
Luna Lovegood
Luna found herself walking towards the dark haired female that the owl was attaching itself to, and heard the manager of the store give the girl good news. "Wow, that's amazing." Luna breathed to the girl, giving her a smile and glancing up at the bird before holding eye contact with the girl. "I wanted that bird last year, and she tried to peck my hand to death."
"You're Sandra right?" Luna asked. "A Hufflepuff? I'm Luna. I'm a Ravenclaw. I think we've had some classes together?" she asked, hoping to befriend this girl. Luna also didn't have many friends, and although she could've stuck with Alexis and made herself a friend out of a unique student, the blonde wasn't an idiot. She knew exactly what kind of person Lexi was, even if she was a little friendly. She was the kind of person who was used to wealth and she reeked of the same sly and cunning and smart that Malfoy was. Even if it wasn't as bad, it was going to take some change before Lexi was more good than bad. This girl, Sandra, seemed far nicer and friendlier in comparison.
Of course there was also a bit of anxiety with her too, much like what Lexi was going through at the bookstore, although this was for a completely different reason. Because Luna is smart, she knows what people say about her behind her back. She knew they thought she was weird and odd and a liar and someone to avoid, nor did she care what people thought of her, but it got awfully lonely sometimes to not have many friends. She will always be thankful for Harry Potter and Ron, but they couldn't be her only friends for the rest of her life. She needed to expand and try to make more friends. It was something her father suggested she do too.
Violet found the questions the girls were cornering her with a bit odd, but she answered them anyway, albeit a little vaguely. She was no stranger to the recent history of Riverdale and the school, but she wasn't expecting the students to be paranoid about it. Didn't the killer hang himself? Or was that someone else? Violet found herself getting distracted, but quickly tuned back in to the conversation at hand. Archie popped in with a random question, but one that Violet was more eager to answer. Her eyes lit up at his question and she nodded, smiling widely and turning to him.
"I love music," she answered excitedly. "I did choir when I was younger and I do competitive dance when I can find a studio. Hard to stick with it since I move so much," she reminded. "I've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar since I can do the piano but I never had the time to pick up on it. The piano is pretty, but acoustics are so beautiful, you know?" Violet realized that she had began rambling and her face went bright pink, which unfortunately stood out rather easily on her.
"Ah, sorry, you hit a sweet spot with me." she apologized quickly, giving a sheepish smile to the group. "My parents don't like that I enjoy anything outside of what they like, so I don't have many people to rant to. You asked and I got excited." Violet clearly didn't like talking about her family, as it was probably shown by her vague and short answers to Betty and Veronica's questions, so talking about anything else, let alone something Violet was passionate about was a nice change.

"I wouldn't know, but typically girls standing alone aren't the kind of jerks that shove people around." Jughead countered back, giving Leondra - well, Leo, she said to call her - a wondering look. She certainly wasn't all rainbows and butterflies like his girlfriend Betty, but she didn't give off the kind of attitude to be a mean girl like Cheryl. What kind of person was this girl?
Jughead could feel a connection being made in his brain to her last name, but he couldn't recall it right away. Whatever. He'd lock it away to remember later. "Leo Patel," he said out loud to himself, to remember her name. "I'm Jughead. So Leo, what are you doing standing in a school cafeteria not eating or doing...anything?" He asked, noticing that she wasn't really doing anything besides standing there nor did she get any food. Not that he had any room to question her about doing odd things - he had done far worse - but he decided if he was going to avoid his girlfriend and Archie, then he could spend his time trying to get to know another new face. After all, he still had that novel he was working on. Things didn't happen just to happen. Everything happens for a reason, and he had a feeling that Violet and Leo had something to do with Riverdale.
Violet's face broke out into a grin once Archie leaned in and spoke the words that would seal their fates as friends. She eagerly listened to him and whistled when he said he had performed at a few events and wrote his own songs. "Woah, that's pretty cool," she admitted. "and I think that's a fair trade. We'll have to meet up some time to do that."
Violet could feel daggers coming from the opposite end of the table, and only then did she remember that Archie was dating the girl with the dark hair. Veronica, it was? Violet didn't want to make her feel bad, as clearly she wasn't comfortable. Either she was the jealous type or Archie was digging Violet. She didn't know if she would mind the cutie having an interest in her. She felt the connection too.

Jughead widened his eyebrows in clear surprise, and after the initial shock he blinked and shook his head, smiling. He ignored the lookover, as it wasn't anything new to him, and instead gave her the same one. What was she doing hiding from a Blossom?
"Who isn't?" he joked, stuffing his hands in his pockets. "No one's eager to see her, trust me." He paused to listen to Leo's question.
"Ah, why would you want to know?" he asked. "But if you must, my girlfriend and best friend are both getting on my nerves. I just need some space from them sometimes." Jughead explained. Well, he needed space from Betty more than Archie. They were both being too nice to Jughead, but at least Archie didn't fight him tooth and nail over every little thing. Betty was becoming more annoying and aggravating than loving and sweet. Jughead was getting real tired of it.
Lexi looked up at the sudden and aggressive 'hey' and turned to see a blonde boy around her age. She closed the book she was holding, A Hogwart's History and shook her head. "I'm from North America, actually." she replied, almost wincing at how much her accent stood out against those around her.
"I'm transferring to Hogwarts from Ilvermorny this year. You must be another classmate?" Lexi questioned, moving her sunglasses to sit at the top of her head to reveal chocolate brown eyes, long eyelashes and glittery golden eyeshadow to compliment her facial features and skin. Ironically, they were Gryffindor colors, the house opposite to what the Malfoys were.
~~~
Luna smiled and nodded. "I know a lot of people," she said airily, as if she were in the middle of daydreaming, "I get along with Gryffindors the most though." This was in fact true. Her closest friends were Harry, Ron, Ginny and Neville. She cared for them deeply and would always defend them no matter what.
Luna watched as the bird flew into a cage and smiled when the store owner let Sandy have it for free too. "Your day keeps getting better and better." the blonde joked with a smile.
"If you must know, I'm here for family business," Lexi shot back just as aggressively, not liking the tone he was taking with her. She gave him a challenging look as she continued to talk. "My family works alongside the Malfoys -" She bent over to pick up his book he had thrown on the ground and put it away. My, this boy was awfully rude. He must use fear to control the people around him. Not that Lexi was new to that, but she wasn't going to be having any of that bull. She would rather make people like her and manipulate them. She only used fear on those who didn't like her. "and I'm studying abroad." What the young witch didn't mention was that her family was actually there to save the Malfoy's arses. She had heard all about how they were stuck working alongside a globally known killer and because their families were close business-wise, Lexi's family couldn't afford to loose their number one partners and decided to come help. Only the parents had met, however, which would explain the situation that Draco and Lexi were in; they didn't know each other at all, but this was about to change if Draco knew anything.
"Alexis Pickett," she answered, in a 'get used to it because you'll be hearing a lot about me' sort of way, and turned away from Draco. She saw him looking her over, and Lexi wanted to make it clear she wasn't interested. She never put up with kids who throw tantrums, and she wasn't going to start today. "Who are you?"
When she turned away, she found another book on her list and picked it up and put it in her shopping basket, surprised to find that the store was a lot easier to navigate than she expected. The other stores were chaos - don't even get her started on that orange and purple joke shop she tried to buy some candy from.
~~~
Luna smiled and nodded at Sandy. "I'm here for shopping as well. I spent my weekend hunting blibbering humdingers with my father," she explained, as if what she said made total sense. She expected some sort of confused look or an annoyed reaction - much like what Hermione Granger gave to whatever Luna said - so she turned away and walked to the door, holding it open for Sandy.
"I'll go with you! I still need my potions book and my cauldron is about to break." Luna offered with a friendly smile. She was surprised that this girl offered to let Luna tag along. It was a little odd, because not many people wanted to hang out with Luna. They usually just put up with her. But was Lovegood complaining? Definitely not.
Violet winced a little when Veronica asked Archie to leave the table to talk to him, and she gave the girl an apologetic look. She knew what it was like to have your boyfriend interested in someone else while dating you, and it sucked. However if Archie really was flirting with her and the girl wasn't the easily jealous type, then that meant that what Violet was feeling was mutual. She wasn't sure if it could be that bad.
"So, Violet, what's your family like?" Betty asked, to distract from the fact that Veronica and Archie were probably fighting. Violet focused on the blonde and smiled.
"Ah, they're alright. We're not very close but we get along." she replied, a little vaguely. Betty didn't take the hint.
"Do you have any siblings?" she asked.
"I have an older brother, but he's in college," she answered. "and my little sister and brother are in elementary."
Betty smiled widely. "I've always wanted a younger sibling!" she exclaimed excitedly, just as Archie came back. Violet gave him a small nod to show that she had heard him and gave a smile before turning back to Betty.
"Well, one is tolerable, two is a nightmare," she joked. "especially when they're babies. I swear, it feels like I didn't sleep until they were three. Do you guys have any siblings? " Violet asked, asking all three at once, looking in turn from Betty, to Veronica, to Archie.
~~~
"The worst." he muttered, before out of thin air, Cheryl was there, trying to start up drama.
He watched the beginning of their interaction quietly, not sure what to do. He hardly knew Leo, but he knew starting anything with Cheryl would be bad. After all, his father was in jail for hiding her brother's dead body. So Jughead decided to stay mostly quiet, remembering that Cheryl had apologized to him for hitting on his chest and stuff, but that Cheryl was unpredictable when it came to, well, anything.
"Should I, like, go...?" he asked awkwardly to the girls, mostly trying to see what Cheryl would do. If she gave a bad reaction, Jughead would stay and defend Leo. If she gave a good one, he'd be able to stay and watch this unfold. Either way, it gave him what he wanted. He may be annoyed by his girlfriend, but not enough to be tired of everyone else. Not that he liked everyone else. Gah, it was complicated and he knew it.
Violet watched uncomfortably as Betty went from the next door neighbor sweet girl to a huffy and stormy mood as Archie sat down and the blonde jumped up to run after her friend. The darker skinned girl gave a smile to the redhead anyways and shrugged. "No worries," she assured, "we've all been there before."
Violet took a sip of her drink and asked, "So you've performed before? Your music," she verified, to make sure that Archie knew she was talking about his music. "you went up on a stage and sang and played in front of a crowd? I'd be so scared. What was it like? Do you enjoy it?"
She didn't mean to sound so interested and excited about the topic, but none of her friends really understood Violet's passion for music. They always told her to focus on something that can help pay rent. It isn't like Violet was going to try to become a worker in the music industry when she is older - she knew the chances of that working out were low - but she couldn't help but feel let down by her friends. This was high school! Nothing was supposed to be practical, it was supposed to be fun and all about living and learning! Her friends never even tried to understand why Violet liked music and dancing and singing. Of course, everyone listened to music, but when it came to someone trying to get better at it, they only wanted to listen to the already famous professionals.
~~~
Jughead watched the two interact with interest, raising an eyebrow at Cheryl when Leo pointed out that at least she had a home to return to, whereas Cheryl burnt hers down. He was tempted to say something sarcastic to the rude ginger, but knew that he'd get it thrown in his face that he'd been living with Archie all summer because his own father was in jail. For killing her brother.
Yeah, that would go over well.
So instead, he watched the interaction go down and turned to Leo once Cheryl had finally left. "So what's the beef here?" he asked with interest, mainly for his book. "What went down with you two that made you ladies hate each other?" Mostly, he wanted to know if Leo had any connections that would link her to Jason's death. Most likely she didn't, since the police had everything they needed to close the case, but in Riverdale, you never knew what was going on.
Lexi knew something was wrong when she caught a familiar sparkle in this boy's eye, and the way his face slowly spread into a grin. She knew she was fucked before he finished saying his name. It took her by surprise for only a moment however; a second later, she was giving him a doubtful look, but really it was to take in his appearance. She should've guessed he was a Malfoy from the start, she told herself. It would explain that cocky attitude and the way he carried himself.
But the look didn't make sense. Did he not know Lexi's family was there for more than business trade? That his family was in grave danger? He must not know how closely Lord Voldemort and his father are working, otherwise he wouldn't be acting this confident.
Lexi paused to watch Draco lean over - and looked away towards the books for a moment when she realized how close he was to her now that he was leaning on the bookshelf, and wow, whatever health classes he took at Hogwarts made his arms look fantastic - only to look back once he was about halfway through his sentence.
She scoffed at the look on his face and what he just said. Someone to look out for her? She'd rather get hit by a bus than have to befriend this guy's friends. Besides, wasn't he unimpressed by her being American like twenty seconds ago? And who was he to talk about being protected when the entire reason Lexi's family upped and moved was to protect his? Again, it was possible he either didn't know this or assumed that Lexi didn't know it, so she decided not to make any smart comments about that.
"I can handle myself," she answered easily, her light brown eyes making contact with his, "and something tells me that you don't watch out for even yourself." Over his shoulder (or more realistically, around his arm because she barely made it past Draco's chin in height), Lexi was watching two boys that looked to be friends of Draco's, starring at the two of them with awe and...was that fear or disbelief? Lexi didn't want to know, but she took it as that those two were the ones who did Draco's dirty work and did everything for him. If he needs wingman, he clearly doesn't know how to do anything for himself.

Luna looked around outside of Diagon Alley, trying to read the signs. Even as she squinted her eyes to see through the blinding sunlight, it was difficult due to the amount of people trying to get last minute shopping done. It was better than trying to go shopping the day the students got their lists - the first week or so of trying to do back to Hogwarts shopping was always a nightmare - but it still wasn't as good as shopping for fun before the back to school crowds came. Diagon Alley was, for the most part, not a very busy place at the beginning of summer. Even if it looked that way because the streets were narrow and the buildings huge, not too many people came during summer to buy textbooks to read for fun. Perhaps that changed now that the Weasley twins opened up their own joke shop, but that would be the only real attraction - minus maybe the pet store.
"Perhaps to get our cauldrons?" Luna decided, turning to Sandy with a smile. "It's right across the street, so we won't have to try to walk all the way back here with the crowds." she explained.
heyyo, i'd love to plot with you!! i don't mind doing bxb or bxg, so whichever you want to do more works with me c: is there anything specific you have high muse for?
// its okay! i meant to say ur good last time too but i forgot on both threads lmao oops
Alexis was caught off guard by her face suddenly being snatched and titled upwards. Her sunglasses that had been sitting atop her head flew down to her nose, back to being worn as Draco tried to threaten her. She was thankful for the sunglasses covering her eyes, because they had widened in surprise. She composed herself quickly though, and spoke in the same, low voice as she pushed her glasses back up so they wouldn't cover her eyes.
"I think that I don't want to be allies with someone who thinks he has to put his filthy hands all over me to get me to comply to what he wants," she hissed. At the end of the sentence, she grabbed his wrist and threw it to the side, wishing she had her other hand free so she could push the boy away. Instead, they stood close together, Lexi giving him a glare.
"But," she continued in a regular tone of voice, walking around Draco to look at some books behind him on another bookshelf, "since as you'll be seeing a lot of me this school year, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to be on the same page." She picked up a book and began flipping through it, casually looking up at Draco.
"We're not friends." Lexi stated simply. "Our parents are business partners if you don't know, so let's stick to the same rules they do. We help each other when we need it. Nothing more, nothing less. Got it?" She arched a challenging eyebrow at the blonde boy across from her, daring him to disagree.
~~~
Luna nodded. Be quick. That was simple enough, wasn't it? The blonde knew this would be a bit of a challenge, seeing as she got easily distracted sometimes when she was in stores. It wasn't her fault she was eager to learn! Whenever she saw something new or interesting, she couldn't help but want to know more about the thing. She was thirsty for knowledge. Maybe not the same way Hermione Granger was, but Luna didn't mind picking up on new things that suited her interest; which happened to be mostly weird or unusual things.
"Be quick. Got it." Luna agreed with a smile once she saw Sandy looking at her as she entered the store. Luna followed in, walking around with eyes wide in interest and amazement. Along with cauldrons, there were all sorts of potions in the store. One that caught the pretty blonde's interest was a green, bubbling potion with a hazard sign next to it. The potion was inside a glass case so that no one could touch it. She wondered what it was.
bxb works with me!! and i love angst and fluff g o d yes. do you have any plots in mind? i have a few but they aren't very thought out and stuff, they're just vague ideas
alright!! here are a few of em. feel free to suggest your own ideas if you don't like these:
- two boys with life threatening diseases (like cancer or something) become friends through the hospital that they both attend or support group or something
- or going with above, maybe only one person has something medically wrong with them and the other is a friend or hospital volunteer or something
- muse a is the school troublemaker/weirdo/sarcastic smartass and muse b is the friendly rich dude and they somehow become friends
- or the stereotypical closeted football gay and the openly gay kid at school with a twist
- two actors on the set of a popular tv show start to fall in love but if they go public with their relationship they'll get sued a lot of money/one of them is married to a girl or something
- or a makeup artist and a hair stylist start flirting behind the stage of the tv show while scenes are being filmed and the actors/actresses and the director keep trying to hook them up
- two hogwarts students (doesnt have to be in the same house) keep bumping into each other and all their friends are trying to hook them up
- both are single fathers and their kids are best friends (im thinking maybe the kids are oblivious to their dads liking each other and always tell the other dad how their father thinks so well of them or something)
- a prince and a regular town person fall in love (we can add onto this)
- another harry potter one whoops. you are already dating someone else, and during our love potion unit, you get asked to explain what you smell, and of course you’re gonna be smelling things that describe your partner right? uhm, but then why are you explicitly describing me…?
- we get chemo on the same schedule and we’ve never talked but i see you all the time and ur really cute
- you’re my new roommate in the ward and i was about to lay down the law but ur really hot omg so now I’m just blabbering
- i adopted a kid and you help me take care of them all the time since we’re neighbors, but you came over and got so involved in the kid’s life so much they think that we’re both their parents instead of just me
- im donating blood today and I’m afraid of needles
Violet took another sip of her drink and listened attentively to Archie talk. She gave a smile when he admitted to running off the stage once and let him finish before she spoke.
"Wow, ran off the stage. I've only ever performed dance on stage, and it was always with a group of people. I was never alone up there and even when I had a 'solo', there were people performing behind me. I think if I had to do something like sing I'd run off too," she agreed with a laugh.
"Yeah. We should definitely practice together! I'd offer my place but I don't have anything that's sound proof, and my family doesn't like music," she apologized. "It's cool that your dad sound proofed your garage for you."
Violet pulled out her phone, unlocked it and handed it to Archie. "Put your address and number in and we can figure out times and stuff."
~~~
"I recognize the last name, but I don't know where I've heard of you from." Jughead stated simply, the bell cutting off his sentence towards the end. Leo gave a simple nod to him and walked to class. Sighing, Jughead turned and made his way to the opposite end of the school that Leo was headed to. His first period was at the end of the hall at the back of the school.
//im gonna timeskip to lunch
Ah, finally. Lunch was one of the few things Jughead tolerated at school. The food was god awful, but he could at least sit with his friends. Lately lunch wasn't as enjoyable because he and Betty fought a lot lately, but he did enjoy sitting with Archie.
Jughead wasn't sure if Betty or Veronica would show up though, which made him a little uneasy. Word of the breakup had surely spread through the school by now, and he knew if the girls showed up, there would be drama, but that if they didn't at least try to act normal it'd be worse.
Thankfully, Jughead wouldn't have to worry about that right away. He had showed up to lunch early because his teacher released class earlier than usual, so he was the first at his table. He sat down on the empty bench and bit into his apple, wondering if he would see Leo during his lunch, or if she was assigned to eat at a different time.
